If in 12th exam - 2015, i got very less marks in only one subject, i want to improve it; after that am i eligible for jee main & advanced - 2015 with increased marks ??

Yes, you would be eligible once you score in the top 20 percentile of your board.
In the application form you need to write 12th appearing instead of 12th passed.

For admission in IIT, only JEE Advanced ranking would be considered.
For admission in NIT, 40% weightage for normalised Class XII board marks + 60% weightage to the score obtained in the JEE MAIN Examination.

You must be able to produce your final result with marksheet during counseling session otherwise you won't be considered for admission.
