i have completed my 12th class in the year 2013 and given the jee exam at the same year but not been selected.
and still this year 2014, i havn't applied for the jee exam. i havn't submitted my jee form.
so please tell me if i'm eligible for giving the jee exam in the year 2015.
my date of birth is 19 june,1995.

For IIT entrance exam, only two attempts are allowed that too in consecutive years.
Since your first attempts was in 2013. You could have attempted in 2014, but now you can't appear in 2015.

Number of attempts

No you cannot reappear in JEE exams in 2015 year. A candidate can attempt JEE examination a maximum of 2 times that too must have attempted in consecutive years.

Important Note:

The major thing you must notice is that, JEE (Advanced) 2015 should be either it is " Your first attempt " or else " Second Consecutive Attempt ". Since you have not appeared for 2014 JEE exam and there is a gap of 1 year, you cannot appear for JEE 2015 exam.

It is my first attempt for JEE this year. If I don't score well, can I appear for it next year? I have this doubt cause from next year there will be only CET and not JEE

The maximum number of attempts for JEE is 3, for the consecutive 3 years including the 12th appearing year.

No matter if you have qualified in the 1st attempt, you have 2 more chances left for JEE, but if you you had a 1 year gap then there is no chance for you to reappear in JEE.
