Can I appear for JMFC exam as I got failed in 4th semester of LLB syllabus?


I want to appear for jmfc but I got failed in 3 subjects of sybls llb 4th year

No, you are not eligible for appearing in the JMFC examination after being failed in the 4th semester of LLB. Rather the candidates who cleared their all exams of LLB in the first attempt and specially scored the minimum 55% in the final year in first attempt are eligible to apply for the JMFC exam.

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate of First Class. You shall have to qualify the LLB in your first attempt otherwise you would not be eligible to appear in the JMFC examination. As per your case, you are failed in three subjects in 4th semester examination, so you are no longer eligible to apply for the JMFC examination.
