i am a btech cse 3rd year student, can i apply for the post of bank po?

The minimum educational qualification required for bank PO exams is

a graduation degree. As you are a 3rd year student of B.Tech. so you

can't apply for bank PO exams now. You can apply next when you

complete your B.Tech. degree. You can apply during your final year

if you expect your final result the time of joining.

As you are an engineering student so there are much more opportunities

for you in government jobs like;

Indian Engineering Services
DRDO
ISRO
BSNL-JTO

The Eligibility criteria for BANK PO Exams is Graduation as on 1.1.2011.
And Since you are in 3 rd year of B.tech you cannot apply for BANK PO Exams.

but if you want to check your level you can appeat but in the case u cleared exam than u can not join you only sit in the exam but actually you are not eligible to appear in the exam

dear,
there is minimum eligibility for bank PO is graduate with 60%, and you are doing b-tech so you can apply for bank PO after completed b-tech minimum with 60% marks because b-tech is also a bachlar course, plz wait & good luck...

As Tou have said that you are a B.Tech 3rd year student then you can apply for the po exam after completing your btech.Sometimes in private bank it doesn'y matter if u have experience. You have not make clear that your educational background is related with which stream. Pls reply me you are doing B.tech either after diploma or Graduation.

you are not eligible . you will finish the B.Tech Degree ,you will apply the Bank PO Exams.

for po post in bank you can not apply b.tech 3rd year. only those candidate who completed his bachlaor degree are eligigble

yes,you can.it basically depends on the bank for the age eligibility.generally,banks need 21 yrs of age bt in some banks age don't matter like in icici you can apply when the vacancies will open.you can check the different bank vacancies in the google search engine

yes but u can,t be choose fro job because the minimum qualification for this is is gradutaion so u can apply it for only after completion of b.tech.or there is only wastge of money to give bank exam in 3 rd year.

No u can't apply for the po bank exam becoz for this graduate in any field is required. U can apply for it after final year. U can prepar for it since today using r.s. Agarwal apptitude book which will also help u in ur campus placements written exam next year.

Yes you can apply for the of bank po. Nowadays you can apply the post in Allahabad bank, syndicate bank & bank of india

If you are in 3rd Year of Your B.tech Course, then you can not apply for Bank PO exams.

So, please complete your Graduation first and Simentaneously Prepare for this exams, If you really interested to get Bank jobs in future.

for bank po one should have graduation degree with them.....

In pre final year you are not eligible for bank PO exam but in final year some banks allow .

Most of the bank Po exam have criteria of 55% in graduation and 10,+2.

ok . u can apply with your inter/diplama certificates. but the salary is less.and u can applicable for clark post. if intrested in the bank after complition of your b-tech u can apply.

so you can not apply for bank PO exam.

you are eligible in the fourth year.

you can not apply for P.O job because bank elgibilty for p.o job is b.tech complete or with any master degree

Those candidate have completed their graduation degree with above 55% marks from any recogniged university are eligible for BANK PO exam.

But your age must be in between 20 to 30 years.Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC candidate .For Sc/ST candidate have age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC candidate it is 3 years.

BANK PO exam consist of two steps 1) Written test 2)Personal Interview.

For written test you must be prepare for mathematics and general knowledge.Also you must have basic knowledge computer field.

Every bank set their own criteria .So it is not perfect criteria all BANK PO exam.

3rd year student are eligible for BANK PO Exam.

No you cannot appear for PO exams in your third as it does not qualify as eligibility which

requires you to have a graduate degree.

You can go for writing this exam in your last year if you are expecting your result at the

Being a undegraduate,you are not apply to take Bank PO exam. You can only apply for bank clerk exam till you completed your graduation.

The eligibility conditions for bank clerk are :-
Age limit: Candidate age must be in between 18 years to 28 years (age relaxation for reserved candidates as per Govt guide lines)

Educational Qualification: 12th with 55% marks for General and OBC Candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST/PWD Candidates.

The eligibility conditions for the bank po are written below.

Age limit: Candidate age must be in between 21 years to 30 years (age relaxation for reserved candidates as per Govt guide lines ie upper age is relaxed by 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST category.

Educational Qualification: Any degree from a recognized University with 55% marks for General and OBC Candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST/PWD Candidates.
