Can I apply for BSNL JTO examination after M.Sc. in IT? Syllabus of BSNL JTO exam for IT students?
i have completed msc it from kuvempu university. is it elligible for bsnl jto exam 2011 and also tell me syllabus for informational techonology

Yes you can give exam of BSNL JTO (Telecom)
Its paper Pattern is Engineering stream(I) : 50 questions Engineering stream(II) : 50 questions General Ability Test : 20 questions Its syllabus is this SECTION - I 1. Materials and components Structure and properties of Electronic Engineering materials, Conductors, Semiconductors and Insulators, Magnetic, Ferroelectric, Piezoelectric, Ceramic, Optical and Superconducting materials. Passive components and characteristics, Resistors, Capacitors and Inductors; Ferrites, Quartz crystal, Ceramic resonators, Electromagnetic and Electromechanical components. 2. Physical Electronics, Electron Devices and ICs Electrons and holes in semiconductors, Carrier Statistics, Mechanics of current flow in a semi-conductor, Hall effect; Junction theory; Different types of diodes and their characteristics; Bipolar Junction transistor; Field effect transistors; Power switching devices like SCRs, CTOs, power MOSFETs; Basics of ICs-bipolar, MOS and CMOS types; Basics of Opto Electronics. 3. Network theory Network analysis techniques: Network theorem, transcient and steady state sinusoidal response, Transmission criteria: delay and rise time Elmore’s and other definition, effect of cascading. Sorry dear you are not eligible to apply for BSNL jto exams as the educational qualifications for jto exams doesnt match your criteria

Last date of Receipt : 06.04.2009 ( in 2009) Date of Examination : 21.06.2009 So from the above information it is clear that this examination is held in April is the last date of receipt and June is the date of examination.
