Yes,you can apply for BTC after passing graduation in B.E.

BTC stands for Basic Training Certificate.

The candidate who have completed B.Ed. degree is eligible for the BTC.

The BTC is a two year diploma course that provides eligibility certificate to all the enrolled applicants for appointment as government school primary teachers.

-The minimum eligibility to participate in the concerned exam is graduation in any discipline with minimum 50%(45% for SC/ST) marks from a recognized university of India.

-The age limit for the candidate should be in between 18 years to 30 years.There is relaxation in upper age limit for OBC/SC/ST candidates by 5 years.

-The candidate must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh state to apply for BTC.

Sure you can apply for BTC after passing graduation in B.E. if you fulfill the criteria of BTC, then you can apply for BTC.

Criteria for BTC is:-

#Age should be between 18 to 30 as 1 July 2015.
#should have graduate degree from recognised university.
