i hav done b.com(honours). i want to apply for btc, please give me ful detail of it.

I DID B.COM AND I WANT TO DO BTC. WHATS ITS BASIC QUALIFICATION? FROM WHERE I GET FORM? NUMBER OF COLLEGES IN UP FOR BTC?
