i have 1 backlog in final year but also got provisional degree , can i apply for government job with the provisional degree in my hand???

If you have backlog in any paper then first you have to clear the backlog in next year then only you will be able to get job. With one backlog in last year you may get provisional degree but you will not be eligible to apply for any government job.

I will suggest you to appear in the examination and in next year and clear the backlog. After that you should try for job in government sector. In the meantime you should study the subject in which you have backlog as well you should be prepared for the government examination within this one year. If you study attentive then next year you will be able to clear the backlog as well as you will clear the government examination.

don't worry you can apply for Government job next year.First of all this year you should clear your backlog paper . then you are eligible for job.

With backlog you cannot apply for any sort of job in India.


Students having backlogs are not eligible for writing any sort of exam.


So you need to clear your backlog in order to apply for any kind of exam.

firstly you should have to complete the backlog in the final year then after you will be appear in governmental job .
for applying governmental job you should have graduate degree, which you will get after passing B.TECH exam so just go to clear the backlog exam

Yes, you can apply for the Government jobs

You can apply for the below jobs:

SSC Combined Graduate level exams:
Eligibilty is Graduation pass
Age should be between 18 to 27 years

SBI PO exams
Eligibilty is Graduation pass
Age should be between 21 to 30 years

IBPS PO exams
Eligibilty is Graduation pass with minimum 60% marks for General and OBC candidates and minimum 55% marks for the SC/ST candidates
Age should be between 20 to 28 years
Forms for 2013 exams will be filled from 22nd July 2013

IBPS Clerks Exams
Eligibilty is Graduation
Age should be between 20 to 28 years

UPSC Civil Services Exams
Eligibilty is Graduation pass in any stream
Age should be between 21 and 30 years
