Karnataka State Open University has approvals from following bodies:

>>University Grants Commission.

>>Distance Education Council.

>>Ministry of Human Resource and Development.

As this university is approved by UGC and DEC, its degree is valid for all central and state government jobs. So, you can apply for government jobs in Gujarat after completion of B.Tech in Civil Engineering from this university.

Yes, why not!
You can apply in any state from where you want to get a government job.
That doesn’t matter that in which state you had completed your graduation.
There are many of competitive exams conducted in India which are National Level Entrance Exams.
So, don’t worry and fill the application forms of National Level Entrance Exams.
