Can I apply for KCET after scoring 99% in 5th semester and 6th semester? Is it possible to apply for KCET in Karnataka?

Sir I m doin diploma computer in Tamilnadu state,, I got 99% in my fifth sem n sixth sem is about to write,,now I want to apply in Karnataka for my engineering n how can I apply for Kcet ,, before I studied six years in Karnataka and my mom studied seven years in Karnataka,, is it possible to apply dot Kcet in Karnataka??????

i took engineering seat last year and i am studying that i am interested in medical can i attend cet again
