sir i passed my 10+2 in year 2004 with (PCM) with 65% and b-tech in year 2011 with 58% in branch (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY), so can i apply for loco pilot exams in year 2012,reply me soon.

Required Qualifications for Loco Pilot

To give the exam you need to be a 10 pass out and you should have completed your ITI in any trade from a recognized university

If you have a diploma degree in mechanical/automobile/electrical or electronics then also you can apply for this exam

your age should between 18 to 30 years

however there is age relaxation for the SC/ST/OBC candidates.

There is three stages ie.

1. Single Stage Written/Online Examination

2. Aptitude Test.

3. Verification of Documents

You have to qualify all the stages to become a assistant locopilot

dear sir, I have passed H.S. with 67.59% marks with Math(84) and physics(67) as main subject and graduation in Chemistry (hons) From EIILM university with 71.5% marks in 2012. Am I eligible for ALP. If not, can you tell me, any person who has no technical degree but working in railway group d post, can he be alp by qualifing any kind of railway's internal exam.
