can I attened counsilling with the rank??
I am a female general candidate & can I get any chance to admision in any private polytechnic college??

Yes you can attend counselling with this rank .
There may be a good chance for you .
If this is your general rank and as you mentioned that you are female candidate then you have better chance to get admission in good private college .
