In order to become an IAS (Indian Administrative Service) Officer, you wil have to qualify Civil Service Examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission. Now, candidates possessing a bachelors degree in any discipline or other equivalent qualification are considered eligible to write the Civil Service Examination. Since you are pursuing bachelors degree program in Law, you will definitely be considered eligible for the examination provided you are within the age limit of 21-30 years. The maximum age limit is however relaxed upto 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC category and 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.

Therefore, as soon as you complete your bachelors degree program in Law, you will be eligible to apply for the Civil Service Examination and the notification for the same will be published in India's leading newspapers as well as on the official website of Union Public Service Commission.
