Yes, you can try for IAS post after completion of 5 years LLB course. Graduation is the major criterion for this position. 21 years is the minimum age limit. Maximum age limit is 30 years. Selection process will necessitate you to appear UPSC Civil services exam. You have to pass main exam to attend personal interview.

Integrated LLB which has the duration of 5 years is considered as bachelor course. Which means that after completing it you can apply for the Indian Administrative Service without any problem.
The IAS exam is conducted under Civil Service Examination. The exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission which do accept integrated LLB degree as one of the graduation course. You can apply for the Indian Administrative Service therefore submit the forms when they are available. Generally the forms are made available at the end of the year. Please check the other requirements before applying for Indian Administrative Service. Eligibility 1. Only Indian citizens are eligible. 2. Must have bachelor degree in any stream. 3. There is no percentage criteria. 4. The age limit is 21 to 30 years. 5. Upto 3 years relaxation is given if candidate belogs to OBC category. 6. Five years relaxation is given to SC/ST candidate. To become an IAS Officer you have to apply/clear the UPSC Civil Services Exam(CSE). UPSC CSE is conducted every year to make recruitment to 24 services/posts. IAS exams are conducted by UPSC every year.You must have graduation degree from a recognized university for IAS.
It is under Civil Service Exam conducted once in a Year by UPSC. Eligibility criteria in Details: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree of a recognized university Age limit: 21 years must be completed on 1st August of the year, which a candidate is appearing. In order to become eligible for IAS exam one must have Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University.
The 5 years Law course is equivalent to Graduation means you can definitely apply for IAS Examination after your completion of course. You must have the age along with the graduation then only you can apply for it. The age for General category is 21 to 30 years. If you are SC/ST category then you will get 5 years relaxation and 3 years relaxation if you are OBC category candidate. So you must start your preparation of IAS examination because your Law degree is a Graduation in Law. The examination will be having some stages that you have to clear with merit to become IAS officer. -Preliminary Exam- Objective type Papers -Mains and Interview- Descriptive Type and Interview In the mains you have to selection optional subjects according to your studies. IAS - Indian Administrative Service and to become an IAS officer one has to apply, appear and crack Civil Service Exam, conducted by UPSC every year. after Graduation Degree in any stream.
