As a M.com student you can choose Commerce subject in NET Examination, but if you are Interested in Management then yes you can also opt Management subject in NET Examination. Because in M.com course you can also study Management subjects and you can choose that subject in NET Examination.

Re: Can I choose Management as a subject in UGC NET exam? I am M.Com student
NO, M.Com students cant choose MANAGEMENT as subject in the UGC-NET exams and give the exam.
UGC asks candidates to opt only those subjects in which they have done their Post Graduation. So, If you have done M.COM with subjects Economics, than you have to choose economics If you have done M.COM with subjects Commerce than you have to choose Commerce Eligibilty for the NET exam: Post Graduation pass with Minimum 55% marks for General and OBC candidates Minimum 50% marks for SC/ST candidates |

Re: Can I choose Management as a subject in UGC NET exam? I am M.Com student
As far as I know, M.Com students does not Management much. So,it is tough if you select Management for UGC NET Exam. But still final decision is yours.
NET means National Eligibility Test. It is conducted 2 times every year. Eligible criteria is, 55% in Post Graduation. But it is good if you choose Commerce than Management. Check with your friends and teachers and proceed accordingly. Preparation will be high then you can pass in the exam. All the best. |
