ofcourse! you can do B.tech after diploma.
it is not compulsory for for 12th standard.you can do after polytech diploma.

No you can not , it trade is different from your computer app.

Yes you can do B.Tech. Some of the engineering colleges offer B.Tech after diploma in this stream. So just try to go to some engineering colleges around you or try to go to pre-counselling there you will get all the information regarding the choice of colleges.
