Can i do b.tech-ece after diploma through distance...please tell me if its possible

yes you can do b.tech after completing your diploma course. You have to appear an entrance test.

You will be eligible for lateral entry to B-Tech/BE after qualifying diploma in engineering. Some of the Private and Government engineering universities like Indraprastha University, New Delhi and Lovely Professional University, Punjab provides lateral entry to third year of B-Tech in all major engineering stream including Electronics and Communication Engineering. Duration will be of three years with semester system.

Yes you can do B.tech after diploma. You can do B.Tech through Regular Mode or Distance Mode.

As you have done Diploma,you can get admission to second year through LEET.

But as in my opinion,you have to do B.tech as Bachelor's degree is most crucial degree in one's life

Yes, definitely you are eligible for B.tech and B.e courses after completing diploma. There are entrance exams called lateral entry exams at state wise level. You may take parts in such exam and if you will rank good you will be called for counselling.

You may also chose as regular or you may seek as distance.
