Yes. you can definitely eligible for pursuing B.Tech. having completed your Diploma in Engineering degree course through lateral entry as a regular full time diploma in engineering course of 3 years is equivalent to diploma in engineering course of 2 years pursued through lateral entry as far as admission to the B.Tech. degree is concerned.
