Biotechnology is the combination of Biology and technology. The professionals of this also does a great job in deed for the country and simultaneously world. They from the genetic engineering will develop the genetic technology for various treatments for diseases. Application of Biotechnology are in various fields like pharmaceutical,Agriculture,Chemical,Environmental remidies etc., The minimum qualification to study B.Sc course in Biotechnology is you have to complete your 12th with science background i.e., with Maths,Physics and Chemistry. Some universities also asks for minimum 60% marks in 10+2 to give admissions in B.Sc Biotechnology. List of best universities which are offering B.Sc Biotech courses are as follows. ->Gurunanak Dev University,Punjab. ->Jamia Millia Islamia University ->Gulbarga University,Andhra Pradesh ->Amity Institute of Biotechnology,New delhi ->Bharathi Vidyapeeth,Pune ->Banasthali Vdyapeeth So one thing is now clear I think you need not to complete your B.Sc Biology. you can directly take B.Sc Biotechnology after completing your 10+2 . all the very best Regards
