hi..
you can apply for BCA course even if you are a science student with physics, chemistry and biology as main subjects..
as you know some basics on java, you will surely get admission for BCA course..
you should be a pass candidate to get admission for BCA..
it does not see whether you are science or commerce student.. commerce courses are applicable for both science and commerce student..
so, you will get admission for BCA..

BCA stands for :-Bachelor In Computer Applications.
