Sorry, you are not eligible to apply for diploma in Human Resource after completing ITI course, because minimum qualification required to apply for diploma in HR is graduation or equivalent qualification from government recognized institute. So first complete your graduation and then apply for human resource management diploma. Here below are details regarding diploma in Human Resource Management:-
