Top institute for Diploma in Electrical in Shillong? Is there any 1 year diploma course after ITI?


Dear sir, I am a student of ITI in electrical at shillong. I've already finish my 12th in commerce. I want to go for diploma in electrical engineering. Please tell me some top institute of such course and which one would be suitable for me. Is there any one year diploma course after iti. If you have studied math and science in your high school you can go for diploma course like ITI.
