i complete my b.com with 42% nw can i do icwa ..please tell me the if its possible to do

You can do ICWA after doing B.Com with 42% as there is no minimum percent criteria is defined for appear in that exam.

I joined ICWA-(WIRC) in the year 1989. after completing my prelims, i completed cc in intermediate. But failed in 2 subjects. Later i couldnot able to continue my studies due to my family problems. now i would like continue to complete the course.is it possible for me to join again.
what are the conditions i had to follow to continue my studies.
I am working in abudhabi now. Is it possible for me to get admission via postal coaching?

now u can register for ICWAI Intermediate stage with your graduation. no percentage required for ICWAI.. you can do ICWAI with 10+2 also but start from foundation course level... now ur eligible for ICWAI Intermediate course

ICWA stands for Institute of cost and work accountant of India and it is a exam actually conducted by ICWAI and every student who is 12th pass can give this exam.

Eligibility :-

Minimum 12th pass candidate
12th class must be passed from a recognized board
There is no age limit for the course
There is no subject limit too for the course
There is no minimum percentage criteria for the course.

There are mainly three stages are there in the exam :-
Foundation
Intermediate
Finals

You have stated in your question that you are a B,com graduate then let me tell you that you are eligible to skip the Foundation level and directly go for the Intermediate level of the exam. You also stated that you have less percentage in Your B.com degree course and that is why you are scared that whether you are eligible or not then let me tell you dear that there is no percentage criteria for the admission and you are perfectly eligible for the course. so prepare well and bang the hammer on the nail
