Can I do M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering after completing B.E in Electrical and Electronics? Can I get a job during my study period?


Can i do M.Tech in aerospace engineering after completing my BE in electrical and electronics?If yes what are the exams that i have to attend to get a seat in colleges abroad?Can also get a job during my study period?
