Yes you're eligible for M.Tech course after completing M.Sc Computer Science course. You can do M.Tech course through Lateral Entry Engineering Test (LEET) after completing M.Sc course. M.Tech stands for (Master of Technology) is post graduation course. The Applicant who completed B.Tech or M.Sc course are eligible to apply for M.Tech course. It's Important for you to crack the GATE Entrance Examination with good mark in order to get admission for M.Tech course. The Selection will be based on the GATE Entrance Examination sore. So, please try to score good mark in GATE Entrance Examination.
