YES, you can do m.tech in mechanical engg. after b.tech in computer science, for that you should have to go through GATE, for branch other then MECHANICAL, I mean if you clear GATE with CSE then you can definately go for MECHANICAL in M. TECH.

, OTHER THEN MECHANICAL [AFTER CLEARING GATE IN CSE], YOU CAN ALSO GO FOR:-
COMPUTER,
AEROSPACE,
ELECTRICAL.

OTHER BRANCHES LIKE CIVIL ARE HAVING SOME SORT OF LIMITATIONS OVER THEIR.

you are eligible to do that that IS You can take admission in M.TECH programme.but it is advisable to do a m.tech from COMPUTER SCIENCE
