Yes you're eligible for MBA course after B.Sc Botany course. The Minimum 50% percentage of marks required in order to get admission for MBA course in reputed Colleges. So, If have scored above 50% percentage of marks then definitely you may get admission for MBA course in top institutions. MBA stands for (Master of Business Administration). The duration of the course is for four years and this course is divided into four semester. Bachelor degree Course is the basic Educational Qualification to apply for MBA Course . You should be secure Minimum 50% Percentage of marks in your graduation Course. If your belong from sc/st candidate than relaxation will applicable for 5% Percentage of marks. You should Crack the Entrance Examination to get admission for MBA Course in reputed institution , Management Aptitude Test , Common Admission and Xavier Aptitude Test Etc.. Apart from this Entrance Examination some Institution may also conduct own Entrance Examination within the College .
