Yes, you can do MBBS after Pharm-D, but you start with first semester if your got the MBBS seat in college.
I think Pharm-D is still better one

Please tell me I am in pharm.d 4th year now i wanna do mbbs after pharm.d because through out the course I felt a huge knowledge gap b/w in pharm.d and an mbba doctor..after completion of Pharm.d i want to do Mbbs from any of the private university.I am an Indian plzz let me know.. Is there any issue if i do mbbs after pharm.d..

Yes you can do MBBS after getting a pharma D. But you must satisfy the eligibility criteria to sit in entrance exam and you must qualify that

Yes, you can take admission into the mbbs course if you fulfill the eligibility criteria for it.
To do mbbs, you have to first give the entrance exam NEET.
The minimum qualification required to be eligible for applying for NEET is=Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET.
••12th percentage required for NEET are separate for each category UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%
These eligibility marks in 12th to be considered are aggregate marks only of PCB subjects.
