i complete my diplomo in computer science can I do MSc in computer science

No, you can't do Msc directly after completing diploma.
First you have to get graduation degree like Bsc or B.Tech, then only you can apply for Msc course.

Since you have already completed diploma you can take admission through lateral entry, direct admission in 2nd year of B.Tech. So, it will take three years only.

If you want to apply for job, then you can do after B.Tech as well. After that you can go for either Msc/M.Tech.
