Can I do P.hD in Enlish or Economics from this university?....pelase tell me if i can do

Minimum qualification for pursuing Ph.D is Masters level education in relevant subject for research. In Manav Bharati University, they conduct their own in house entrance test. There are universities which allow exception to this rule for engineers and doctors who have pursued B.E./B.Tech or M.B.B.S. Going by the UGC rules, aspirant need to clear entrance exam NET and interview for getting admitted to Ph.D program. Post admission in Ph.D program, you need to complete course work for requisite credits. You also need to complete the credits through coursework, a formal proposal of synopsis devised with consultation of the guide.
