my name is piyush my date of birth is 03-06-1993. can i eligable for apply in nda examination held in 19-8-2012

Age Limits:-

A candidate must be an unmarried male and have attained the age of 16 1/2 years and must not have attained the age 19 years on the 1st January or 1st of July of the year succeeding the year of examination.

NDA Stands for National Defence Academy Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service examination twice in a year as namely NDA I and NDA II .

NDA I examination was already completed and Next NDA II notification will be publish in the month of May in the official website as well as employment news paper . So , wait for the notification .

To apply for this examination , the candidate must have a completed intermediate(12th) from a recognized School or equivalent qualification and those who are pursing in the final year of 12th may also eligible to apply for this examination .

Army wings :- 12th with any desire subject or equivalent qualification.
Navy wings :- 12th exam with physics and mathematics or equivalent qualification.
Air force wings :- 12th exam with physics and mathematics or equivalent qualification.

The candidate age should be between 16.5 years and 19 years and Unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for NDA examination .

You may not be eligible for NDA as you will be over 19 years for the forthcoming NDA-II 2012 exam.

The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years of age.

You would be eligible for the NDA-I 2012 exam which has already been completed on 15.04.2012.

As you are going to complete 19 years by 02.06.2012 with your date of birth on 03.06.1993, you are not eligible to apply for NDA-II 2012 exam which will be held during August 2012.
