Yes of course you are eligible to apply for M. Phil course after completing M. Com course. Master degree or equivalent qualification is required to apply for M. Phil course. So, after completing M. Com course you re eligible to apply fro M. Phil. You can apply for M. Phil course through distance as well as regular course. The applicant need to score minimum 50% marks in master degree to get admission to M. Phil course. The admission criteria differ from college to college. The selection will be based on the entrance examination performance. You can select any reputed university. There are a lot of reputed institutions to university which offers the M.Phil course, such as Annamalai University, IGNOU, Sikkim Manipal University etc.
