Can I be eligible to write NET exam after doing PG in Applied Electronics


I am a postgraduate in applied electronics am i eligible for writing NET exams?

## With your postgraduation in applied electronics,you are definitely eligible to apply for NET examination
## NET(National Eligibility Test) examination is conducted by University Grants Commission twice in every year in JUNE & DECEMBER months
## The minimum educational qualification required to apply for NET examination is masters degree(postgraduation) with atleast 55% marks and 5% marks relaxation for reserved category candidates & final year postgraduate students are also eligible to apply
## Maximum age limit to apply for Junior Research Fellowship is 28 years and there is no maximum age limit for Lecturership

Yes, master degree holders in any subject can apply for NET exam. PG degree must be obtained with a minimum of 55% marks. There is no upper age limit, if you are attempting for lectureship. In case of JRF, the maximum age limit is 28 years. NET is conducted by UGC twice an year, in the months of June and December.

NET stands for National Eligibility Test .

UGC conduct this exam twice time in a year in the month June and December .

The Educational Qualification is required for NET Exam is masters degree from recognized university with above 55% marks .

Marks relaxation provide for SC/ST category , needed 50% in masters degree.Final year student are also applicable for NET Exam
