Can I expect to get any government college after scoring 40000 rank in general?
if i get 40000 rank in general and obc all india rank 15000 in jee mains then can i expect to get any govt college?

I get 70 marks in jee main and uttrakhand board marks 72%. Can i go any gov. Colleges.
