Can I expect M.Tech seat after scoring 15500 rank in GATE?


sir,
I got 15500 rank in gate 2013.I am from EEE department.Can I expect M.tech seat in any govt.colleges in A.P....

HI,
You score very low rank in G.A.T.E.
You not get admissions in top engineering college.
You can take admissions in low ranking college in your state..
But if you want you can try next time and score good rank and
after that you can get admissions in top college.

GATE means Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering & is an all-India examination administered and conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science and seven Indian Institutes of Technology.

Since you have comparatively low rank in GATE,you have little chance to get seat in M.Tech in govt. colleges in A.P.However,you can try by applying to the respective colleges.

You must visit the websites of the respective colleges in order to know in details.

see ,as your rank is very low in the GATE exam , so getting a M.Tech seat in a top college is very difficult.
but you can get a seat in a college whose rank is low.
