Yes definitely you are eligible for appearing in the RRB ( Railway Recruitment Board ) examination for the post of Junior Engineer in Indian Railways being a diploma in engineering with Electrical stream.

But apart from your educational qualification mentioned you are required to have the nationality of India with your age lying within 18 years to 32 years in case you belong to general category as age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government norms.

Also the same examination comprises of three stages which includes Written examination, Mains & Medical and Personal interview respectively.
