it seemas that u are a bright student. but it's not possible to get admission now wothout filling the examination form.. i would suggest u to go for PET and get admission through it.. i would rather suggest u that if u r much capable u can drop this year and crack the IIT EXAM next year, im sure u will definitely come out with flying colors..
