No, you are not eligible to get admission for pursuing IT/ Civil Engineering course after scoring 87 marks in PCB group. To be eligible to get admission to pursue Engineering course, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with PCM stream from a Government recognised board.

As per the information you have mentioned in your query, you have passed your 12th standard with PCB stream, so, you can't get admission for pursuing IT/ Civil Engineering course.
