Can I get admission in delhi univ with 65% in I.com from BSEB,PATNA
Or with entrance......or any other such as jamia ,Aligarh univ......can I do vocational course such as BCA.....

No, you are not eligible to get the admission in the Delhi university with just 65% aggregate in the examination. The admission in the university is on the basis of the board aggregate. So you are not eligible to get the admission.

But you are eligible to get the admission in the other university as the admission in the university are on the basis of the entrance examination. So you can qualify in the entrance examination for the admission.
