Can I get admission in a good college after scoring 55455 rank in General category, 9550 in girls?

Yes, with your General and even girl rank you are eligible to apply for admission in a recognized college/university. You stand a good chance to get yourself a seat. but, you should remember your academic grade/marks also plays an important role in securing you a seat.
Unfortunately, you haven't mentioned that.
