Yes, definitely.
You seemed to have got worried about the reservation criteria of this country and thus thinks that it would be difficult for you to get a government college.

See, its difficult but its not impossible.
nearly 60% of the seats in every institution are reserved for general candidates only.

So, you do not need to worry about that. We cannot change the system of this country and therefore we have make ourselves stronger than this system.

So, if you are planning to give any entrance exam and worried that whether you will be able to clear this pressure of reservation then i would like to tell you that every year 60% of general candidates clear the exam with this pressure so you are not alone. Its just that you need to have faith in your capabilities.
