If I gave any donation to that company so I get admission in international airhostess because my hieght is 155cm

See, the eligibility criteria for air hostess training is-
1. A diploma or a graduate degree in Hotel Management or Tourism management.

2. Should have Indian passport

3. Minimum height- 157.5 cms

4. Eye sight- 6/6

5. Unmarried candidate

6. Fluent in English/ Hindi/ or any other foreign language.

Now, it seems you are concerned with only the height.
See, you can give donation and many training institutes might accept that as well but then, there is no use. later when you will have to work in some airlines, then you won'y be able to find a job because this criteria has been framed keeping in mind the criteria of the different companies.
