Can i get admission into medical college with WBJEE rank of 2657?


my wbjee medical rank is 2657, can i get admission in any dental college?

If you had got the rank of 5000 or more, then I would have straightway said NO. But it happens that your rank in medical is 2657, which is quite in the border line,. Normally people get medical stream in eminent colleges all over West Bengal, if they score within 2000. Your rank is close to 2000. So I would rather suggest you to participate in the counseling procedure. Do not sit at home thinking that your rank is greater than 2000 and hence you are not eligible to participate in the medical counseling procedure. You are very much eligible for this procedure. It may so happen that this year the total number of seats get increased by say, 1000. Then you will be able to make it in any medical college in West Bengal. It might so happen that 500 people who have scored higher than you prefer engineering to medical. In either of such cases, you will get a chance in medical stream in a college. So go and participate in the counseling.
