Your question is totally incomplete. There are numerous cases where you require admit cards. So with what respect you are wanting an admit card is not clear to me. If the case is that you have already applied for some examination. Now you are not getting that admit card in proper time. Then you will have to file an application in the mail id of that particular organization and mention the delay. You can also call that organization in office hours and ask about your admit card. Here your marks will not play any particular role as such.
