There is nothing called allotment in our education system.After completing higher secondary examination you will have to apply for different colleges and universities to continue your study in future.

No such allotment is done in any way,the process is very simple,after completing Intermediate you will have to choose your subject for study and then apply for various colleges to get a seat for a bachelor degree after that you will have to study master degree for two years then comes phd.This is the basic education system in our country,no word such as allotment exist in our sytem.
