I have secure air 319560 and sc catagory rank 43105 in aieee and state rank 16914 sc rank 2937 can i get any gov college of aieee

No you are not eligible to get any government college of AIEEE after securing 319560 AIR

So my suggestion to you is that you can apply in Private college which accept your score.
