i got air 20000 in aieee and my state rank is 2700 in uttar pradesh.
please suggest some good government college i can get.

there is less chance of getting into any govt . colleges with this rank and with genaral category.
try to go into private colleges . they are also equivalent to govt colleges.

With your rank it is very difficult to get a good government colleges, although you can try for very good private colleges. Register for State counselling for eg. Orissa, UP and Karnataka... have very good private engineering colleges with very good placements. In orissa you will get top 20 colleges with the rank you have secured. Fees is also no too much high. Visit www.odishajee.com for registration and further details. Visit the comedk website for karnataka counselling and UPTU website for UP counselling.

I think your rank is good ..and i think you will get seat in any one of the reputed NIT's But in UP i have not confirmed either you will get or not any seat..
So firstly you need to fill up counseling forums online i think the starting date is 11 june..so fill the forums and lock your choices..Hope so you will get any one of the NIT.
