On the basis of this rank in first counseling you may get following NIT's

NIT srinagar
NIT agartalla
NIT silchar

and by further counseling you may get lower branch of other NIT's

HI!
Your rank is very low in first counselling you might get any college.
In second counselling you may get college like:-
> N.I.T, Shrinagar
> N.I.T, Silcher
> N..I.T, Tripura.

If you want you can take admissions in any low ranking private college in India.
In my opinion you should try next year so that you may get top college.
