No you are not eligible to get B.Tech food technology in government college after scoring 188 cutoff marks so as per my suggestion you can apply for admission in private college which accept your score.

B.TECH FOOD TECHNOLOGY COURSE

<> Level = Graduation

<> Duration = Four years

<> Eligibility = 12th pass or Equivalent

<> Age = Minimum of 17 years

<> Type = Degree

For btech food technology which cut off mark is needed engineering cut off or medical cut off
