I am working at present, and If I pass in second stage of CS, then Can i get any exemption for training?

Training is mandatory part of engineering syllabus. One must have to do two trainings during course of engineering. First training is to be pursued after completion of second year of graduation and the second training is to be pursued after completion of 3rd year of Bachelor's degree.
You are not permitted to skip any of two trainings. If you have some unavoidable circumstances, then you can choose some easy alternate training like some certificate course which you can carried out from home or nearby.

You have to prepare a presentation of the same and present it to your Head of department.

Hence, you can't exempt the training after second year of CS.
