Can I get a Government Job after MA (English) and B.Sc (Chemistry Honors)?

Hello Sir, I have completed B.Sc (Chemistry honors) from Delhi University. Now I want to pursue MA in English. Can I do MA (English)? What should I do after MA to get a good Government job?

Yes, you can pursue MA in English after B.Sc

It will be initially hard for you to cope up with changing and challenging syllabus.

some college will strictly look for BA English degree if you are going to do MA English, but some colleges will simply keep you with your BSc degree.

After M.A ,you can do P.hd and join research field [Private sector]

For government job-
* You can become an Official translator
* English teacher in govt schools [You must give NET or SET to get job]
* Civil services job [By giving UPSC civil service exams]
